TURNT PLUG-INS

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product. This license is for personal and commercial use in music production, audio engineering, and related creative work.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, resell, or sublicense the Product or its installer files
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Transfer your license to another person without our written consent

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue with a Product, please contact us at support and we will work to resolve it.

4. Free Plugins

Plugins offered at no cost are provided under the same license terms as paid Products. Free availability may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Updates

We may release updates to Products at our discretion. Updates are provided free of charge for the version you purchased. Major new versions may be offered as separate products.

6. No Warranty

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any Product, including but not limited to lost data, corrupted audio sessions, system crashes, lost project files, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and intellectual property in the Products remain the sole property of Turnt Plugins. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the software.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy

We collect the following information when you make a purchase or create an account:

• Your email address (for order confirmation, download links, and account access)
• Order history (what you purchased and when)
• Marketing preference (only if you opt in)

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card or payment account details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may use your email to send download links, order confirmations, and notifications about updates to plugins you have purchased. If you opted in to marketing, we may also send occasional emails about new plugins and promotions. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
